Here is a small selection of Charlie’s mouth-watering cuisine. We  also try wherever possible to accommodate our guest’s individual  requests and dietary requirements.

  • Tenderloin of pork with apple braise with fragrant steamed rice

  • Salmon with a cheesy crusty crust, garlic and rosemary mash
  • Lamb burgers in pita with roasted red onions and cucumber yogurt relish
  • Duck breast with wine and orange sauce with roasted new potatoes
  • Medallions of fillet steak with green peppercorn sauce, sautéed potatoes
  • Spicy chickpea with cumin lemon chicken, with golden crispy potato cake
  • Sweet chili and ginger swordfish steak with mixed stir-fry vegetables
